Let's support good in the world and make a difference! Help us assist individuals through a healthy grieving process and provide them with a special memory of their loved one.
Through Beats of Remembrance at Personal Counseling Service, Inc. individuals can begin a healthy grieving process, while receiving a special memory of their loved one. In this program, a music therapist records the loved one's heartbeat using a stethoscope microphone. Using the heartbeat as the foundation, they then record a song of the loved one's choosing to create a unique track. A CD is created and provided to family members as a keepsake. This program is done in partnership with Baptist Health Floyd hospital and is also provided to any individuals who may request it.
With your help, we can provide this experience to patients free of cost. Our goal is to create recordings for 50 patients and their families. Join me in shining light on families going through their darkest times. Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Personal Counseling Service, Inc.
